Tightrope is Mick’s long awaited fourth album that covers previously unreleased material post-Midnight Dreamer. Tracks 1, 3 and 11 were initially recorded at Farmyard Studios with Def Leppard’s award-winning engineer Craig Thompson, featuring Robin Heggie on bass, Andy Caine on guitar and Chris Musto on drums, with Mick on vocals, guitar, piano and keyboards. The remaining 8 tracks feature Mick’s solo work as artist /producer, performing all instruments and vocals. All eleven tracks have been produced and mixed by Mick.

Originally released in 1971 on MCA Records and now digitally remastered, Mick's debut album received many accolades including Cashbox's import of the week. Recorded at CBS London and Sound Techniques, Chelsea, it features a cast of celebrated musicians – Fotheringay’s Jerry Donahue, Pat Donaldson and Gerry Conway, keyboardist/arranger Tony Cox and Fairport Convention’s Dave Pegg. Plus a host of top jazz players – Lyne Dobson, Karl Jenkins, Bud Parkes and Dudu Pakwana.

Originally released in 1972 on MCA Records and now digitally remastered, this follow up to Living Game was again highly-acclaimed as taking a new direction for Mick. Recorded at Sound Techniques in Chelsea with his touring band ‘The Cockington All-Stars’, named after the farmhouse in Devon where they rehearsed. The band now featured renowned drummer Barry De Souza and bass player Dave Peacock (Chas & Dave).

Originally released on Warner Brothers, Mick's third album of what was termed The Teenage Trilogy charters his solid progression as he stepped into the role of writer/producer/artist. Midnight Dreamer saw the return of Pat Donaldson on bass, with drummers William A. Murray, Gerry Conway and Barry De Souza together with splendid arrangements of strings, backing vocals and brass by Steve Hamilton and Richard Hewson (The Beatles’ The Long and Winding Road).
